A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION FOR TUH

How we helped TUH deliver the ultimate digital experience for their members.

The
problem.

TUH is a 50 year old, 100% member-owned health fund. They were founded by Queensland teachers wanting to give the education community access to first rate health care. Whilst the health insurance market is extremely regulated and complex, TUH were also challenged by technical dependencies and a poor user experience. When embarking upon their partnership with Orange, their priorities were to tackle their technical debt and improve engagement with their members.

The
SOLUTION.

From website to Member app to Portal. Our UX/UI and development team created amazing digital experiences, improving the lives of +90k teachers across Australia. Orange also facilitated a number of user testing sessions with TUH members to collect and refine the web and app experience. This has helped TUH to optimise their IT operation and increase their member satisfaction.

 

To support and roll out these game-changing digital experiences, our marketing team has also supported TUH to define, design and manage engaging digital campaigns and video production across Meta and Google. The feedback received from members and non-members has been outstanding.
