A Build Measure Learn approach

As yourtown is a large not-for-profit organisation that relies on income from its charitable Art Unions to fund the majority of its services, it was crucial that the rollout and website launch was done smoothly and professionally. To do so, we implemented a BML methodology. This allowed for constant iterations and optimisation based on user experience and website data.
