We transformed Railways Credit Union into MOVE; a fresh, relevant brand that would take them to new markets!

After being with Orange Digital for three years, Railways Credit Union was at a crossroads. While the organisation was performing well in its market, the brand was dated, and the market was changing, meaning that there was limited growth opportunity.
The rebrand tender was won by Orange Digital, and we went to work understanding the current and potential markets, the opportunities, and how we could reposition the credit union as they faced a new market for the first time since 1968!
We have been involved in every step of the rebrand, including the digital elements (new website, social media and mobile app) and printed collateral (including brochures, stationery and promotional items). This was a significant rebrand which we completed on-time and on-budget.
After extensive research with current and potential members as well as staff, MOVE – People Driven Banking was born. The brand was completely refreshed, and a new website was developed based on comprehensive consumer research.
